Regular Applicant: Must have served with the 299th Engineer BN. or the 15th Engineer LE Company and stationed within the Kontum Provence, Republic of South Vietnam before July 15 1969.
Associate Member Applicant must have served with the 299th CBE at any other time regardless of location or era.
